Details

These letter forms were inspired by landscape and waterscape paintings by Wu Guanzhong, a contemporary Chinese Painter. Wu abstracts the impression of Chinese ancient towns. My goal with this piece was to layer words together to create a village constructed of letters, in the style of Wu’s architectural paintings. I hope I have captured the spirit well.
