In memory of the students and former students of the complementary course and the children of the neighborhood. Deported between 1942 and 1944 because they were born Jews, innocent victims of the Nazi barbarity with the active complicity of the Vichy government. More than 11,400 children were deported from France, among whom 500 lived in the 4th district. They were exterminated in the death camps.
