View the artwork catalogue. Make a list of the artworks you are interested in and take note of the following details

1. Bidding Platform (Instagram or Zoom)

2. Artwork Name & Artwork Code

1. Art marked ‘ZOOM EXCLUSIVE’ will be auctioned in turn within the bidding time given for each artwork.

2. Bidders will submit a bid within the given timeframe using the Chat, visible to Everybody.

3. A time-keeper will announce when the bidding time for a piece is up. Thereafter, further bids on the piece will not be accepted.

1. To submit a bid, type the Code and your bid price in the Chat, visible to Everybody.

2. For example:

   YA_01_IAMSOME-THING01, $110USD

3. Please check the previous highest bid before submitting your bid.

4. All subsequent bids must be submitted as a NEW comment in the chat.

5. We will not accept bids that are private messaged or sent via email.

1. Minimum bid increments: USD 5.

2. All bids are in USD. The checkout will be processed in USD.

1. Winning bids are the highest bids at the close of each timeframe for each art piece.

2. Winners must provide the Organiser with their contact details before the Zoom auction closes. Failure to do that will result in the art piece going to the next higher bidder.

3. Winners will pay for shipping. We will connect winners with artists to arrange shipping.

4. The winner will have 48 hours to remit full payment. Failure to do so will result in the art will going to the next highest bidder.

5. Once payment is received, we will inform the artist to proceed with shipping.

1. Art marked ‘BID ON INSTAGRAM’ will be offered for auction at IG: @TheArtofLetters_com

2. At the Instagram auction, all artworks will be posted on Instagram as individual posts.

3. Submit a bid by commenting.

4. Bidding closes 6 March 2022 23:59PM (Singapore time)

5. Bidder with the winning bid will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message.

1. To submit a bid, type your bid price as a comment on the post of the art you wish to bid for.

2. Please check the previous highest bid before submitting your bid.

3. All subsequent bids must be submitted as a NEW comment and NOT a reply to your old comment.

4. We will not accept bids via DM, reply to story, or email.
