Ordering/Cancellations
Due to the customization of The Art of Letters, LLC’s products, all payments are required prior to order processing.  Changes cannot be made once the order is placed.  However, please contact us immediately via email, theartofletters@aol.com, and/or phone, (205) 296-5131, just in case we haven’t started processing your order.

Shipping/Risk of Loss
All items purchased from The Art of Letters, LLC, are made with the understanding that you agree to enter into a shipment contract.  This means that the risk of loss for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.  It could possibly take 2-3 weeks for order delivery.

Most orders placed with The Art of Letters, LLC are available to ship within 1-3 business days, with the exception of items that are out of stock at the time of ordering.  Since we are located in Trussville, Alabama, many of the neighboring states receive orders within 1-2 business days after being shipped.  Keep in mind the delivery time lengthens to up to 5-6 business days for states on the West Coast, so keep that in mind when placing an order as a gift.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately (the same day), so we can initiate a claim with the shipper.  Be sure to save all packaging and materials, including bubble wrap and peanuts, as UPS will send a representative to review the item and packaging for further claim processing.

The Art of Letters, LLC makes every effort to deliver only the highest quality products available and in the absolute quickest time in our field.  However, if for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately for an available remedy. 

Your Account & Security
By using this site, you, the customer, assumes all responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.  The Art of Letters, LLC only sells to adults, who can purchase with a credit card.  If you are under 18, you may use www.TheArtofLetters.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian.  The Art of Letters, LLC and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.
